- We provide a turnkey experience at Village Camp Flagstaff. All Adventure Cabins are fully stocked with all linens, toiletries, pots, pans, etc. You will only need to bring your food, beverages, and adventurous spirit!
- We do not offer long-term rentals in our adventure cabins, but we do sell Adventure Cabins that owners may use for up to 6 months out of the year. Ask us about Cabin Ownership!
- Yes! Select cabins on the property are pet friendly. There is a limited number of these available. Pets are strictly prohibited in units that are not designated as Pet Friendly.
- We do allow guests to select the exact cabin that they would like, however, we do not guarantee this unless a “Lock” fee is paid, at which point, you will not be moved unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- We do not offer daily housekeeping or turn down service. For stays greater than 7 nights, you may request a mid-stay housekeeping service through our front desk agents.
- We believe in working and relaxing from wherever the WiFi's strong. Get biz done between adventures or plot your next adventure.
- We love groups! If you're interested in hosting a private event with us, please email events@villagecamp.com.
7 Days notice will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 + tax processing fee. Cabin reservations cancelling with in the 7 day window will lose their deposit. All holiday booking reservations are final, no refunds will be issued for Holiday weekends.

- We welcome all friendly pups!
- We do have a small dog park available. But better yet, Village Camp Flagstaff is surrounded by national forest on all sides, with hiking trails from the property. Perfect for getting your pet's exercise!
- We do allow guests to select the exact site they want; however, we reserve the right to adjust site numbers unless the guest elects to pay a “lock site fee” which guarantees your site of choice.
- We allow only RVIA certified RVs that are 10 years or newer. RVs allowed include Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, Class B and C Motorhomes. RVs older than 10 years require photos to be sent in for manager approval.
We do not allow tent camping at this time. Check out an adventure cabin instead!
