- We provide a turnkey experience at Village Camp Flagstaff. All Adventure Cabins are fully stocked with all linens, toiletries, pots, pans, etc. You will only need to bring your food, beverages, and adventurous spirit!
- We do not offer long-term rentals in our adventure cabins, but we do sell Adventure Cabins that owners may use for up to 6 months out of the year. To learn more about cabin ownership, please visit: Village Camp Flagstaff- Adventure Cabin Ownership
- Yes! Select cabins on the property are pet friendly. There is a limited number of these available. Pets are strictly prohibited in units that are not designated as Pet Friendly.
- We do allow guests to select the exact cabin that they would like, however, we do not guarantee this unless a “Lock” fee is paid, at which point, you will not be moved unless there are extenuating circumstances.
- We do not offer daily housekeeping or turn down service. For stays greater than 7 nights, you may request a mid-stay housekeeping service through our front desk agents.
- All reservations will receive Wi-Fi codes for 2 devices free upon check-in. Wi-Fi for additional devices will be billed at the prevailing rate.
- We love groups! We offer a 15% discount for groups of 10 or more. For buyouts or group reservations, please contact our onsite team to setup.

- You are welcome to stay at Village Camp Flagstaff for as long as you’d like, however, we do not offer discounted monthly rates, from May-September.
- We welcome all non-aggressive pets.
- We do have a small dog park available (May 2023), however, we are also surrounded by national forest on all sides, with hiking trails from the property. Perfect for getting your pets exercise!
- We do allow guests to select the exact site they want; however, we reserve the right to adjust site numbers unless the guest elects to pay a “lock site fee” which guarantees your site of choice.
- We allow only RVIA certified RVs that are 10 years or newer. RVs allowed include Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, Truck Campers, Class B and C Motorhomes. RVs older than 10 years require photos to be sent in for manager approval.
We do not allow tent camping at this time.
We offer a 10% Good Sam discount for all stays less than 6 nights, and we also offer a 15% Military discount for all stays less than 6 nights.
